Refunds, Returns & Shipping

Not what you were hoping for? We will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the following conditions:

We will issue a refund or store credit for like-new items, excluding bikes, returned within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Bikes in like-new condition can be exchanged for store credit, with a receipt, within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.

Please note the following exceptions and additional information related to our return and refund policy:

  • Store credit or item exchange is available for bikes but refunds will not be issued.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition meaning they must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (if applicable.)
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange for an online order, please complete the following steps:

  • Log into your account by clicking My account / Register normally in the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • If you placed the order as a guest, you would have to register with the same email address to convert the guest account into a customer account.
  • View any past orders by clicking “My orders” and choosing “View”.
  • Click “Return items” at the bottom of the page.
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  • Enter a reason and desired action then “Send.”
  • Send the item(s) to Roscoe Village Bikes at 2016 W. Roscoe St. Chicago, IL 60618.
  • You may also bring the item(s) back to our store and initiate a return in-person.

Additional Information:

  • We will issue your refund, replacement product, or store credit within three business days of receiving your item.
  • Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded or replaced nor will store credit be available.

Shipping Policy:

  • Standard shipping is 3-10 days. We ship in the US via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded or reimbursed unless an item arrived damaged.
